# Trailborn Terms of Service

Effective date: 20 July 2026

Trailborn is an activity-based game. By using it, players agree to provide genuine sign-in data, not manipulate steps, GPS or network traffic, and respect other players.

The app is not a medical device or emergency navigation system. Walk only in safe and legally accessible places, follow local laws and never use the phone in a way that distracts from the surroundings.

Maps, positions and statistics may be inaccurate or temporarily unavailable. We may correct fraudulent results, suspend accounts that violate these rules and change season mechanics with reasonable notice. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Trailborn code is proprietary. Third-party data and components remain subject to the licenses shown in the app. Contact: contact@forestnap.com.
